Event Risk Management Software

Large events bring together thousands of people, changing conditions, multiple operational teams, and countless opportunities for something to go wrong. I worked on Momentus' risk and incident management experiences, designed to help organizations identify potential risks before an event, communicate clearly when incidents occur, and make more informed operational decisions. My work explored tools for categorizing events and predicting potential incidents based on factors such as event type, attendance, and weather; assessing and mitigating risks; routing information to the appropriate teams; and providing clear notifications during live incidents. I also worked on experiences for tracking sustainability indicators such as predicted carbon emissions and waste, giving teams a broader picture of an event's potential impact. This included redesigning WeTrack's Risk Assessment experience and exploring more intelligent workflows such as risk prediction, automated job assignments, and AI-assisted incident recognition and categorization.
