Responsibilities
Design intuitive, WCAG 2.0 accessible, and responsive UI (desktop, tablet, mobile)
Develop and maintain design systems for consistency and scalability across products
Define product vision and strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams (PMs, developers, stakeholders)
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs and improve user satisfaction
Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize design concepts and validate proposed solutions
Contribute to product roadmaps and feature prioritization based on user value and development effort/capacity
