OVERVIEW

This project aimed to develop a suite of mobile web applications that would allow operations teams to complete their daily tasks, manage inventory, and coordinate orders on the go. To cater to the on-the-go nature of users, these applications are specifically optimized for mobile and tablet devices.

PROCESS & RESPONSIBILITIES

My role as product designer involves conceptualizing project needs, conducting user and market research, collaborating on wireframes, creating high-fidelity designs, and prototyping the products using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. To ensure that our software meets our evolving user needs, we consistently seek customer feedback to thoroughly evaluate and enhance all of our products.

One of the primary challenges we encounter when creating enterprise software is achieving a high level of configurability without compromising accessibility and visual appeal. With our clients ranging in sizes, amount of content, and languages, we have to set boundaries for components like maximum amount of characters for input fields to make sure all components on the page work together.
